Client Services

Alliance Property Services is a third-party facility management company top service to commercial clients throughout the United States.
 
Working in our Client Management Department, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities of Client Services Management

  • Monitor client inbox daily and throughout the day for Client’s requests and requests to execute agreements.
  • Process requests for compliance documentation and necessary information needed for the Client’s file.
  • Process requests for quotes per company procedures; site maps and proposals.
  • Process new and terminated agreements per company procedures.
  • Prepare and file “Weekly Report” for the Managers’ Meeting – participate in the meeting.
  • Maintain Client’s computer files as needed to streamline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and account managers to identify, research and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Assess the needs of prospects to determine how our services can be of benefit to them and set the stage for a positive client relationship.
  • Maintain/update “Bid Pipeline” database with new or existing Clients.
  • Process requests for quotes per company procedures.
  • Assess and collect all necessary information from prospects for a tailored quote can be developed and presented; follow up with prospects.
  • Assist team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of general computer use, data filing/organizing, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in commercial property maintenance and working with commercial property managers/owners is a plus.
 
  • Full-time: Hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with 1 hour lunch – Monday - Friday
  • Training – Full training provided

  • Location – Dawsonville – This is not a Hybrid or Remote position
